Space Doesn’t Stop… Anywhere.

Space doesn’t stop…. anywhere.

That’s not what it feels like, though.

In the dream of the separate self,
space definitely seems to stop.

Space feels like it stops at the skin.

So, if space feels like it stops at the skin,
then all that stuff happening
in the space “Out There”
must affect someone “In Here”.

“In Here”
more or less
like a continuing solid object
which moves through space,
but is not really a part of space.

“In Here” stays separate from “Out There”.

Someone “In Here” decides how to respond
to things happening “Out There”.

And many of us so believe, unexamined, for our whole lives,
carrying around our little imaginary force field,
surrounding the body,
keeping us separate.

There’s a problem with this bit of mental gymnastics.

Space is not a material.

It cannot be deflected by the skin,
or anything else in the world.

Space interpenetrates everything, everywhere, without limit.

We are perpetually shot through completely and utterly with space.

There is no inside.
There is no outside.

We live in space, as space.

There is no barrier, no division, anywhere.

What, exactly, would a barrier be made of ?
Where would it be located ?

All that is found is space, unlimited, everywhere.

Space does not end.

Seeing the fullness of this truth lead to the end of the dream of separation
in at least one life.

May it help in ending the dream of separation whenever this is read.

Space doesn’t stop…. anywhere.
